What This Policy Covers

This policy applies to your use of eggycar.lol, which has been running since 2026. The site is dedicated to the game Eggy Car, which is featured on the homepage, alongside a small number of related titles. We publish one game category: Physics Driving. The selection focuses on physics-based driving and similar challenges, such as balancing a fragile egg across steep hills in a toy car.

Every game listed here runs directly in the browser with no download, plugin, or account required. There are no user accounts, logins, or stored passwords on this site. We do not build, develop, or publish the games ourselves; instead, we list and embed them from third-party providers. Information We Collect Automatically

To count visitors without tracking individuals across different days, we use a visitor counter. This is a hash of a secret, the date, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string. No IP address is stored in a readable form for this purpose. Because the date is included in the hash, a visitor counts once per day and cannot be linked from one day to the next.

When you like or favourite a game, your IP address is stored to ensure the action is not counted twice. Additionally, some site features, advertisements, analytics, or embedded games may behave differently when browser storage or third-party scripts are restricted.

Information You Send Us

If you use our contact form, the site stores the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. These messages are readable by site administrators and are kept until they are manually deleted. Along with the message, we store your IP address and browser user-agent string. This information is used to block abusive senders and to enforce a rate limit of 3 submissions per hour.

Every game page also carries a report form. Submitting a report stores the reason chosen from a fixed list, your description, an email address (only if you provide one), your IP address, and a timestamp. The IP address is used to limit reports to three per item, per address, each day. Each report is stored with a status and is marked as reviewed, resolved, or dismissed in the administration area, which also records which administrator handled the report and when.

Comments You Post

When you post a comment on a game, the site stores the name you provide, an optional email address, the text of your comment, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string. We do not delete comments on a fixed schedule; a comment remains on the site until it is removed. If a game is deleted from our catalog, all comments associated with that specific game are deleted along with it.

Search Queries

We log on-site searches to understand what visitors are looking for. These logs include the search text, your browser user-agent, the referring page, and your session identifier. In these search logs, your IP address is stored only as an irreversible hash. It is never stored in a readable form within the search logs.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to function. We set a first-party session cookie so your visit holds together as you move across different pages. This cookie is restricted to HTTP requests, is sent over HTTPS where the connection allows, and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Its identifier is replaced every 30 minutes.
